Trojan Horse (1998)
This work was acquired/signed by a small New England-based publisher in 1998.
The Miracle Man of Kilimanjaro (2000)
After Trojan Horse, I decided to pursue a top New York literary agency. At the time, John Grisham was clearly the leading novelist, and I decided to see whether his agency would sign me. After submitting the manuscript to Pinder Lane Literary Agency, Grisham's agent declined, however he provided positive feedback and some suggestions on how to improve the writing and story. Long story short, I submitted the manuscript probably five times before they signed me and agreed that the work was worthy of their representation. This work, whose story of is similar to The Horse Whisperer (a family dealing with a tragedy, combined with a romantic backdrop) was originally supported by Ian Wilmut (first scientist to clone and animal/Dolly the sheep) and Dr. Raul Cano (first to extract extinct animal DNA from ancient amber/mosquitoes) as technical consultants. The story involves genetic engineering procedures.

The Miracle Man

Genetic World
Genetic World(TM), is in draft novel/manuscript form and in the process of screenplay creation/revision. Whether the novel is made available first, or the screenplay first, is not decided, but it may go strait to screenplay. The Genetic World story can be compared to the visionary West World and Jurassic Park stories. The timing of the release may be enhanced by a remake reportedly in the works of West World, for 2012/2013 by Russel Crowe's production company which has purchased a ghost town in Arizona for $3M, apparently for the film. The working title is "Two Guns," which is the name of the actual ghost town, and he has worked on getting it produced for over ten years. The pieces and timing seem to be coming together on the project, which is why Genetic World may go to script form, and hopefully film, to leverage this awareness.
